The Freedom of Information Act 2000 has proven to be a formidable tool in the hands of journalists and individuals.

In general, information requests are best made, in terms of time and cost, by the individual investigator without intervention by a lawyer.  However, where legal challenges arise, we are able to provide expert advice and representation to those seeking and those holding information.
