We act in a wide range of regulatory matters which includes helping clients obtain Ofcom licences, setting up compliance teams, preparing codes of compliance.

Our clients include specialist and international channels. We regularly advise on the fairness, accuracy, privacy and due impartiality sections of the Ofcom code. Our lawyers can assist clients in preventing potential Ofcom disputes.

We also assist clients bringing or defending Ofcom and other regulatory complaints. We are often brought in by TV production companies and broadcasters at an early stage to advise on specific issues where an Ofcom complaint is anticipated.

We have also acted in groundbreaking film certification cases over the years.
