Major HR consultancy projects have included:
• Assisting with the management of redundancy programmes at the Prudential, (involving 850 job losses) and Time Out Magazine.
• Developing a change management strategy for DEFRA, involving contracting out the IT function which was presented to Alun Michael, the then Minister of State to enable the go ahead to be given.
• Working with Newham Council to put a new organisation design process in place and then manage change, putting the structure in place to manage the Council's input into the 2012 Olympics.
• Assisting British Transport Police in developing a strategy and action plan for the re-structuring of the HR function and the introduction of a new pay and grading structure across the whole organisation.
