Our team has considerable experience advising owners and managers of businesses facing financial difficulties.

We can advise on the rights of shareholders, creditors, banks and charge-holders, and assist in the disposal of the business to a third party. We work closely with several insolvency practices and accountancy firms to ensure all appropriate options are explored.

Our team also regularly acts for purchasers of distressed businesses and assets, often from appointed administrators or liquidators, and can provide advice to creditors of insolvent businesses, including representation at creditors' meetings.
