Paul joined SMAB as a Senior Consultant in September 2008. He was senior partner of his own law firm Woolf Seddon (a leading media and entertainment firm in the UK) for twenty years and returned to law to establish the media departments at Manches and Hammonds.

Paul has also been active in the media and entertainment sectors as a producer, part of a float team and chair of a public limited company. He maintains business interests in a production company, a training and development company, a literary agency and a social networking website.
