Louise qualified as a solicitor through the Legal Executive channel beginning her career in personal injury before moving over to employment law in her final stages of studying.

Louise has acted for clients in various sectors including construction, retail, media, manufacturing and agriculture. She deals with a mixed range of contentious and non-contentious work and also has experience in Civil Court claims for breach of contract and under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Particular areas of exposure include grievance and disciplinary procedures, discrimination, redundancy, unfair dismissal, family friendly rights, bullying & harassment, stress and TUPE.

Louise has given presentations and training to employers and staff and also writes articles for various publications.
