Recognised widely as an astute practitioner in creative and media law, Jonathan has been a consultant at SM&B since 2003.

His expertise covers the film, television, and internet industries, and he also provides legal and business advice to independent producers, broadcasters, major studios, and internet entrepreneurs.

Jonathan is Chairman of the Royal Court Theatre Development Trust.
