Bronwen qualified as a solicitor at a leading Holborn firm, before taking a Law Masters in Dispute Resolution and Employment Law. She joined SM&B in 2003, and acts for both Claimants and Respondents. Bronwen advises on a wide range of employment law issues, including policies and procedures, contracts, employee terminations, redundancies, maternity and parental rights. She specialises in complex discrimination claims acting on behalf of both public and private sector clients.
