Although best known for his music and media work, Simon has a wealth of experience of resolving disputes involving insolvency, fraud and professional negligence.
Simon holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property and regularly deals with complex and substantial international intellectual property disputes.
Simon is also a CEDR trained mediator.
