Ewan's expertise encompasses TUPE transfers, mergers, redundancies and employment aspects of corporate transactions.

He has significant experience in helping clients implement changes to contractual terms and conditions and in dealing with senior executive disputes. Ewan is an accredited mediator. He is also passionate about creating and delivering bespoke training programmes.
