Natalie undertakes all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including advising on internal policies and procedures, contracts, unfair and wrongful dismissal, family friendly rights, discrimination, bullying and harassment.
In particular Natalie specialises in solving employee disputes, providing strategic advice. Natalie qualified in a leading city firm in 2000 and has acted for charities, banks, hotel groups, public bodies and private companies.
Whilst Natalie advises regularly on a range of discrimination issues she has undertaken lengthy secondments for a high profile bank and a public sector organisation to deal with all their general employment law queries.
