Chichi qualified as a Solicitor in SM&B's Employment team in January 2011, having trained with the firm, also spending time with our Commercial and Litigation teams.

Chichi advises clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters including employee terminations, redundancies, discrimination and contracts.

Prior to joining SM&B Chichi worked for a national law firm gaining experience acting for both Respondent and Claimant clients. Chichi regularly lectures at SM&B's Employment Law breakfast seminars, and is an occasional legal tutor at the Institute of Small Business Studies.
