Head of Training and Information, Dennis manages SM&B's leading in-house training and consultancy programmes and co-ordinates the news and knowledge service for the employment team's clients.

Dennis joined SM&B from a leading city firm in 2007, having previously held senior management and HR positions with Sainsbury and Tesco.

He currently sits as a lay employment tribunal member, and is also a member of the President's specially-appointed Race Panel.
