The Employment Tribunal system was intended to be a forum to hear labour disputes, quickly and cheaply by those with a particular expertise in labour relations, in a relatively informal environment.  However, tribunal cases are rarely determined either quickly or cheaply.  In this Special Report, first published by HR Director, Makbool Javaid and Tamara Ludlow explore the need for reform.  To read the Report, click  here.
