Grant Limited, focused amongst other things on the recent
publication of the Ministry of Justice's Consulstation paper
'Proposals for Reform of Civil Litigation Funding and Costs in
England and Wales - Implementation of Lord Justice Jackson's
Recommendations' available here. The consultation period lasts until 14
November 2011
Andy also covered issues such as costs budgeting and recent case
law.
