Equality Act in-house briefings

Following a highly successful conference attended by over 40 delegates in October outlining the major changes to discrimination and equal pay legislation brought about by the Equality Act 2010, the Employment Team are involved in delivering a number of in-house briefings for HR specialists, in-house lawyers and line managers. The briefings ensure that organisations such as the Crown Prosecution Service, Clyde and Co, Nescot College, Westminster Council and The Salvation Army are able to examine the new law in the context of their own organisation and assess the practical implications for their policies and procedures.
