Charles Law joins SM&B

We are delighted to welcome new Partner Charles Law to the ever-expanding team at SM&B.
Charles joins the Corporate & Commercial Department. After some years in-house at EMI Records working both in the UK and internationally he entered private practice where he advised record labels, publishers and artists on all spheres of the music industry and advised banks on financing music industry transactions. He also represents celebrities in branding and endorsement deals.
He also represents companies invovled in technology, software licensing and other IT matters, as well as franchising and other transactions involving his extensive commercial experience.
