Lunchtime lecture on CFAs and ATE

Theo Solley gave a lunchtime lecture on Conditional Fee Agreements (CFAs) and After the Event insurance.

We are able to represent both Claimants and Defendants under full and partial CFAs, as appropriate in particular cases.  We are also one of a handful of firms to which Temple Legal Protection Limited (one of the most respected ATE insurers in the market) has given delegated authority to issue ATE insurance whatever the subject matter of the dispute. 

The lecture provided a valuable opportunity for members of all teams to discuss the latest developments in the field of CFAs and ATE including the possible implications of the Jackson report.
