As solicitors for Terry Lloyd’s family we are disappointed that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has concluded that it cannot make any progress with Terry Lloyd’s case. It appears that, despite requests from the CPS for information and despite members of the CPS travelling to Washington to meet US officials, the US authorities have refused to provide any assistance and continue to hide Terry Lloyd's killers and provide immunity.
