Our corporate team recently acted for Ten Alps plc, the UK factual media company co-founded by Sir Bob Geldof, in its acquisition of Belfast-based media production company Below the Radar Ltd and its sister company County Link Media Ltd. 

The deal comprised an up-front cash payment and further payments (in cash and shares in Ten Alps plc) linked to the companies’ profitability over the next two years.  Matt King and Neal Hodges led the corporate team on this transaction. 

Ten Alps plc are a long-standing client of the firm, and this transaction is the latest of several recent acquisitions on which our corporate team has acted.
