We have expertise in public procurement contracts, franchise and distribution agreements, as well as in raising finance for businesses. Our experience and commercial acumen helps clients successfully achieve their objectives.

Working closely with our colleagues in the employment department, we have gained a significant reputation for advising on and drafting share incentive schemes for the senior employees of many of our corporate clients.
